Project with exclusive villas in Peguera

Newly built homes with pool, garden and spacious terraces

This exclusive new development of five modern villas is currently under construction in Peguera, just 25 minutes from central Palma and only a few minutes’ drive from Andratx. Here, you can enjoy beautiful sandy beaches as well as a great selection of restaurants and bars.

The villas are expected to be completed in summer 2028 and feature spacious terraces, private swimming pools and gardens. The interiors can be customised to suit your personal taste, allowing you to choose materials, colours and finishes. Ready-made furniture packages are also available for those who prefer a complete interior solution.

The property offers a generous living area of 199 m², featuring a spacious kitchen with a central island and an elegant living room, both finished with high-quality materials and attention to detail. There are three bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, as well as a separate guest toilet. Outside, the property boasts fantastic terraces totalling 227 m² and a private 329 m² garden with its own swimming pool.

All villas are equipped with underfloor heating throughout, air conditioning and parking for two cars.

A fantastic opportunity to be involved in creating a brand-new home tailored to your own style and preferences!
