BO Mallorca launches a unique residential project in Santa Catalina, Palma de Mallorca

The leading real estate agency, BO Mallorca, offers a new residential project in the popular Santa Catalina area of Palma de Mallorca.

Ahmet Senoglu, responsible of project developments at BO Mallorca, is excited about offering these stylish apartments in Palma.

–  This is a very special project we have been working on last 12 months. >From the beginning, our vision was to create a building which fits to the unique classic architecture of Santa Catalina but also fulfill the needs of our customers in terms of modern floor distribution, quality materials with latest technology. The project is designed by renowned architect Alejandro von Waberer who recently designed the famous Bendinat Mar project, says Ahmet Senoglu.

All the luxury amenities for Santa Catalina can be seen in this project such as private parking, balconies in each floor, private roof terraces and a lift. Top of the line materials will be used and the buyers will be able to create their own designs and style with the help of interior architect Patricia Gruenblatt.
